No Refunds:

As a nonprofit organization, we rely on bookings to support our mission of caring for our resident cats and facilitating adoptions. While we understand that things come up, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist with rescheduling your visit when possible. If you need to reschedule, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling:

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the start time. If you need to reschedule more than 2 hours in advance, you can do so through your My Account portal.

Age Requirements:

Children as young as 6 years old may visit RubyCats  with a parent or guardian present. Teenagers aged 14 to 17 may visit without a parent or guardian present, provided they have parental consent.
